Nick Mason, born in Denver, Colorado, grew up hunting on mostly private land across the country. His late father instilled in him the values of land management and the appreciation for what land has to offer. “Treat every piece of property with respect and as if you own it,” his dad would say. Nick carries this philosophy with him in his dealings with buyers and sellers throughout his career.

In his youth, Nick assisted his mother in running her business at national sporting clays events and expanding her online presence. After attending the University of Dubuque in Iowa, he joined the Army and served as a platoon leader in Afghanistan, earning a bronze star for mission success and leadership. Following his seven years in the Army Reserves, Nick worked as a sales rep for several manufacturers in the outdoor industry, where he earned both Midwest and National Sales Rep of the Year accolades.

Nick is a dedicated steward of the land, known for his ability to assess land and establish thriving deer populations, evaluate agricultural properties, and determine investment returns. He has applied his expertise in managing the family farm, creating ideal deer habitat and turning it into exceptional hunting land. When not attending to his clients, you may find Nick indulging in his hobbies of bowhunting, archery, fishing, and pursuing whitetail and elk hunting, as well as turkey hunting in the spring.
